What roaches look for
Cockroaches want warmth, moisture, food and hiding places. That points to kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, garages and the dark spaces behind appliances. They also hitch rides in cardboard boxes, grocery bags and secondhand furniture.
Signs of a roach problem
- Roaches seen at night when you turn on a light
- Small dark droppings in cabinets, drawers and along baseboards
- A musty or oily smell in a closed space
- Egg cases or shed skins near appliances
What we do
Roach treatment is part of our general pest control service. We focus on the places roaches travel and hide. We will also point out things that help, such as fixing leaks, storing food in sealed containers and getting rid of cardboard clutter.
Restaurants and businesses
Food service and retail spaces have less room for error. See commercial pest control for how we work with businesses.
How service works
Call or text us for a quote and tell us what you are seeing. We schedule a visit and treat. You pay per service with no contract, and if pests return between treatments we come back at no charge.
Common questions
Are roaches a sign my home is dirty?
Not necessarily. Roaches follow water, warmth and food, and can arrive on boxes or from neighboring units. Cleanliness helps, but they can show up in clean homes.
Is treatment safe around my kids and pets?
Yes. All of the products we use are pet and kid friendly.
Will I need repeat visits?
That depends on how established the problem is. If roaches return between treatments, we come back at no charge.
